Devices with cosmetic wear are usually still purchasable, but items that won’t power on or have major hardware damage will not qualify. Bring it in and we’ll give you a straight answer.

No. Walk in anytime during business hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6pm, or Saturday 9:30am to 5pm. We’re closed Sundays.

3. How Fast Is the Payout?

Most evaluations take under 15 minutes, and you’re typically paid in cash the same visit, with no waiting for a check or bank transfer. For larger amounts, we’ll give you a check that you can cash for free at our bank.

4. Do You Wipe My Personal Data From Tablets and Laptops Before Reselling Them?

Yes. Every device is factory-reset and wiped before it goes back on our shelf. We recommend backing up your data and signing out of cloud accounts before you bring it in.

5. Do You Sell Used Electronics Too, or Just Buy Them?
